Meet Jessica Carruth
As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), Jessica specializes in innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and more. She also believes strongly in the power of functional medicine labs and nutritional supplements.
Jessica has been coaching since 2017 and specializes in detox and weight management, helping clients achieve their unique health goals. She believes in the principle of bio-individuality — that every body is different and requires a personalized approach. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan, but together, we’ll discover what works best for you.
Her passion for health coaching is deeply rooted in her own journey. After overcoming anorexia and orthorexia during her high school and college years, Jessica developed a profound understanding of the psychology behind food choices. Today, she’s dedicated to helping others cultivate a balanced, sustainable relationship with health, nutrition, and life.
I am a nationally credentialed and Georgia licensed APRN and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), dual credentialed as a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). I hold a Master’s in Nursing, Midwifery, and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (Frontier University), a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Emory University), and a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Psychobiology with a focus in neuroscience (New College of South Florida). My thesis defended at my baccalaureate exam focused on neuroscience, endocrinology, and the mind/body connection of human reproduction. I have 11 years of higher education related to my field, endless additional certifications (including as a Ketamine Assisted Therapy provider), and 24+ years experience as a provider with 9 years focused on hormone management (BHRT, menopause management, gender affirming HRT) with an advanced certification in Functional Medicine and am a Master Herbalist. My professional focus is healing from trauma. I served our community as a home birth midwife for 9 years at Savannah Midwifery. Hello!
